DACT AGM 2026: new Board members and key decisions
Looking ahead together
DACT members came together on 12 March for the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
Alongside reviewing the past year, members made a number of decisions that will help shape the association in the years ahead.
Three new Board members
During the AGM, Marianne Bastiaansen-v.d. Broek, Maarten Michalides and Emile Raymakers were appointed to the DACT Board.
Maarten has taken on the role of Treasurer, succeeding Nadiia Matskevych.
We warmly welcome Marianne, Maarten and Emile and wish them every success in their new roles.
At the same time, we would like to thank Emiel Kuiken and Nadiia Matskevych for their dedication and valuable contributions to DACT.
Annual Report 2025 approved
Members formally approved the DACT Annual Report 2025, which provides an overview of the association’s key activities, developments and achievements during the year.

Key decisions
Members also approved or confirmed several decisions concerning the future of the association, including:
- the DACT membership fee for 2027;
- event rules;
- the admission of Standard Chartered as a new DACT partner;
- confirmation of the personal nature of DACT membership.
The last point is particularly important for our membership administration.
DACT membership belongs to the individual member and is not linked to their employer. This means that your membership stays with you when you change jobs or companies.
We therefore ask all members to make sure that their personal email address, employer and other contact details are up to date in MyDACT.
The invoice for your 2027 membership will be sent to the personal email address registered in MyDACT.
