Milena’s Farewell, Helen’s Welcome
We would like to inform you that Milena Babovic will be leaving DACT as of January due to a new job opportunity. Over the past few months, we have been searching for a suitable successor, and we are pleased to announce that Helen Derksen has been selected.
Until the end of this year, Helen will be trained and onboarded by Milena to ensure a smooth transition.
Milena: ‘I am very happy that we have already found a successor to smoothly take over my responsibilities. Although I am sad to leave DACT, I am also looking forward to my new challenge as chair of a trade union. I would love to say goodbye to the members personally during the DACT Academy.’
Meet Helen
My name is Helen Derksen and I am excited to succeed Milena as general manager DACT. I have a business background and experience in both commercial and non-profit environments, in The Netherlands and abroad. Guiding projects and events from concept to implementation is what I like to do. I am results-oriented, enjoy networking and coming up with creative solutions to make processes run smoothly. I look forward to using the passion I have for learning and development at DACT.
Outside working hours I like to exercise, walk with the dog and maintain the forest with a number of neighbors in Zeist – so I like action and collaboration, both inside and outside the office.
I am really looking forward to working with you and further developing our association!
