This afternoon is all about learning by doing. Together with other Young Treasurers, you will work on a realistic treasury transformation business case: reviewing the company’s banking infrastructure, account structure, technology landscape and operating model, and deciding what needs to change.
Along the way, you will hear practical perspectives on:
- What happens when the cash runs out? A Group Treasurer’s perspective on moving from cash-rich to cash-conscious.
- Treasury transformation in the real world: tackling liquidity, funding and a changing business model.
- Building Treasury from the ground up: lessons from implementing a new TMS and transforming the function.
