This session will be a full panorama on how to organize your treasury activities in China or with China.

In particular, we will tackle
• The cash management and short term financing (local cash pool, cross-border pool, working capital financing),
• The long term financing (shareholder loan, capital injection and repatriation, capital market debt issuances)
• The risk management (Forex hedge, local, offshore, the CNH/CNY dynamics etc.)

We will conclude with forward looking exchanges on watch-outs and opportunities.
