Workshop 2 of the Enterprise Risk Management and Treasury workshop series. These advanced workshops providing treasurers insight in how corporates structure ERM, the relationship to Treasury and practical applications of risk finance optimization.
In the first workshop we have had look at ERM from a theoretical perspective. In ths 2nd workshop we will go more indepth, more in practice. We will look at how we can indentify risks through financial statements and the value chain of the organization. The results of the initial identification is typically an overview of risk or risk register. Following the identification phase, the individual risks need to be analyzed in more detail. Focus during the workshop will be on the potential impact risks might have. For business interruption and liability risk we will show some practical examples how the impact can be assessed.
