Treasury Controller Schiphol, Amsterdam Area
The Treasury team consist of 6 FTE’s in total. 2 Front Office employees, a Treasury Controller, 2 people dedicated to the group wide TMS deployment and a Group Treasurer

Main purpose of the role
To lead the Treasury reporting role in all aspects. Being responsible for the monthly Treasury report with all KPI’s, the treasury internal control framework, treasury input for external Group reporting (like Annual Report) in full compliance with IFRS, especially derivative accounting aspects. Involved in all financing documentation (EMIR/ISDA/RCF) processes as well as bank compliance reporting and responsible for the corporate guarantees portfolio. Act as the Treasury Systems administrator.
Key performance indicators
Delivery of Monthly Treasury Report, full compliance with all external reporting requirements, no audit findings, all treasury deals confirmed on time, treasury system administration up-to-date, guarantees portfolio complete, derivative accounting available on time for all stakeholders. Up-to-date and tested treasury business continuity plan.
Required qualifications/level of education
University degree (or equivalent) in finance/business economics and/or accounting, preferably with post-graduate qualification (RT or RC) or willingness to follow.

Key skills, knowledge and experience
- 5 – 7 years of IFRS experience in multinational company, including treasury products
- Preferably knowledge/experience in Treasury control environment, including all treasury products
- Experience in financing documentation matters would be a plus
- Goal and result-oriented person who knows how to set and follow through priorities, often with tight schedules and timelines
- Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken)
